Enter your event dates and contact details. If you need delivery, tick “Check delivery availability”. Delivery is charged separately, based on order size, delivery location and time.

We check availability
Our team will review your order and contact you within 1 business day. If an item is not available on your dates, we will offer an equivalent alternative.

Receive confirmation and invoice
We will send you an order confirmation and prepare an invoice.

Collect your inventory
After the invoice is paid, you can pick up your order at Slokas iela 52, Riga, on weekdays 10:00–16:00, or we will deliver it.

How do I rent inventory?
Choose products in the catalogue, add them to your cart, enter your event dates and contact details and submit your order — the steps are described above on this page. You can also make a reservation by phone +371 28 779 797.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Our team will review your order and contact you within 1 business day.
Do I have to pay right away?
No — no payment is required when placing a reservation. Once availability is confirmed, we will send you an invoice; your order is fulfilled after it is paid.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — to add or cancel an item, contact us by email at info@eventrent.lv or by phone +371 28 779 797.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better — the most popular items may already be reserved for your dates during high season (summer weddings, December events).
Prices and payment
How is the rental price calculated?
The price shown in the catalogue is the rental fee for one 24-hour period and includes 21% VAT.
If I rent inventory for a weekend, do I pay for each day?
No — since the EventRent warehouse is closed on weekends, no extra fee applies. You pick up the inventory on Friday and return it on Monday, and the price is the same as for one 24-hour period.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer based on our invoice. Full payment (100%) is due before pickup or the event day.
Is delivery included in the price?
No — delivery and assembly (if needed) are charged separately.

Where can I pick up the inventory?
At our warehouse at Slokas iela 52, Riga, on weekdays 10:00–16:00, by prior arrangement. Pickup is possible after full payment.
Do you deliver?
Yes — when placing your order, tick “Check delivery availability” and we will deliver to your address at an agreed time.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated individually for each order — based on order size, distance from our warehouse (Slokas iela 52, Riga) and the delivery day.
Do you deliver outside Riga?
Yes, we deliver across Latvia — the fee depends on the distance.
Rental period and return
How long can I rent for?
The listed price is for one 24-hour period. For a longer rental period, contact us and we will agree individually.
In what condition should the inventory be returned?
In the same condition as received — without damage or missing items. If damage is found, a report is drawn up and the renter covers the value of the damaged or missing inventory.
What should I keep in mind when using inventory outdoors?
Protect the inventory from rain, snow and wind — tables and chairs must not be left in the open in rain, and avoid damaging the legs on sand or stones.
